Local Unit & Position Description

Maritime Advisory employs about 180 engineers and consultants who support customers in the maritime industry globally in their efforts to make the right decisions to achieve profitable and sustainable results. We have the capabilities, experience and track record to deliver high value solutions, mobilizing the full potential of customers' assets and operations, putting technical matters and business decisions into meaningful context to achieve optimal solutions.

 

We are now looking for new colleagues to strengthen our advisory team, within one of the following areas:

 

Technical Advisory:

  • Hydrodynamic and stability assessments
  • Structural calculations and evaluations
  • Noise and vibration analysis and measurements
  • Technical advisory Poland

Safety Advisory:

  • Safety and risk assessments
  • Lifecycle management
  • Risk advisory Poland

Performance Advisory:

  • Green technologies and fuels
  • Machinery systems
  • Control systems
  • Cost effective and sustainable logistics ​

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Project participation to assist customers in optimizing their assets and operations
  • Decarbonization and digitalisation projects
  • Autoremote ships and functions
  • Technical and economic analysis
  • Work with complex systems, green technologies and solutions
  • Evaluation of safety – and business risks
  • Using data to get insight and create customer value
  • Marketing, sales and business development
  • Work with digital twin technologies
  • Digital transformation
  • Energy efficiency assessments​

Position Qualifications

​We are looking for a colleague with:

  • M.Sc. or MBA or equivalent degree
  • Basic ship knowledge and understanding or interest of the maritime sector
  • Fluent Scandinavian and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Analytic and solution oriented skills
  • Commercial and business oriented mindset
