We are looking for one Trainee who can join us in:
Operation Support who is maintaining and improving the framework for Performance Management, Maintenance Management and Asset Integrity Management Systems. Operation support also continuously improve operations through execution of improvement initiatives and daily support of our FPSO’s.

With over 30 years of experience, we are the largest independent operator of FPSO units in the North Sea and the fourth largest leased FPSO operator in the world. We have in total 1200 employees working onshore and offshore in Norway, UK and Brazil. Our HUB is based in Trondheim with around 170 employees and we are looking for someone who wants to be based in Trondheim in the long run.
What we are looking for
You hold a master’s degree within a technical discipline with good results (e.g. Safety and Asset Management)
You have less than 2 years of relevant working experience
You are very flexible in terms of tasks and travels
You are looking for challenging tasks, personal development and want to have a steep learning curve
You communicate well in Norwegian and English
You are an enthusiastic team player, enjoy a hectic workday and take joy in your work
What you can expect in return

An individual plan during the trainee period with follow-up by a dedicated mentor
Exposure to different departments; Technical, Operations, Commercial & Business Development
A position based in our Trondheim office, with at least one of the periods expected to be abroad in one of our operation offices or project site offices
Exposure to offshore related work
Relevant training courses for on- and offshore work
Possibility for permanent employment at the end of the two-year program
